Reviews of Brothers Metal Roofing

I spent two months getting quotes and technical information from numerous (7) roofing contractors. Isaac at BMR was the best I found. He is just a really good guy all the way around and was great to work with. He was a great communicator, came to our house numerous times and answered MULTIPLE follow-up questions I had about the different options. He pointed us to several of their previous projects that we drove past and admired. They really do an excellent high quality job for a great price.

Isaac, Justus, and all these guys are just totally true craftsmen. It’s so hard to find anyone these days who takes pride in their work and I am so happy with the job they did on my first roof. I bought a little house a few years ago and I knew two rafters were braced. I was so happy to find a group of men who were willing to fix the underlying issue, then totally hand-do this metal roof… it’s exceptional. My son even said, “I loooove that roof!”

We had Brothers Metal Roofing install our standing seam metal roof and gutters in 2021 and they did a fantastic job (end of January, freezing temps and much snow that year). We recently had damage to it from debris of the Greenville tornado in May. The rear half of the house had to have the metal roof replaced because of holes and gouges from flying objects. Isaac and his crew once again did a stellar job in a timely manner, during a heat wave of temps over 90 degrees. They also did an excellent job replacing the damaged vinyl siding on the gable ends and gutters!

Our roof, recently completed by Isaac and his team, is simply BEAUTIFUL. They have provided a finished product that displays their capacity for true craftsmanship. They bring a virtuosity to their trade with ingenuity and perseverance. Our old farmhouse from the 1880s is now on the mend from our run-in with a tornado, and the classic look they achieved has been garnering attention from our neighbors and friends!

This company stands out! Brothers Metal Roofing installed three complete roof tear-off and replacements for us. Each home is two-story with very technical slopes, ridges and valleys. Isaac and crew ensured each roof was completed with expertise and in a timely manner (typically 3–4 days). After each work day, debris is properly disposed, which we really loved. BMR receives 5 stars for professionalism, quality, expertise, diligence and price.

Isaac was absolutely wonderful! I had a leaky roof and he came out same day and put up a temporary tarp. Literally within 10 minutes of me calling! If you need roof work they are the best!!! Plan on getting a metal roof from them as well.

Our building had a roof leak from the time it was constructed, and while the builder did come out, the fix was temporary. Brothers Roofing came out and the leak has been eliminated! We have had numerous rains since the repair was completed and where there used to be puddles on the floor it is dry as can be! Highly recommend their services for your metal roofing needs!!

Isaac and crew were very accommodating and friendly. Very transparent on what the job would take and cost. Work quality top notch. The new metal roof and gutter system look and sound great!

Isaac and Carson are great dudes. Did a very nice job replacing my metal porch roof and even helped me out by hanging some shutters while they were at it. Definitely recommend!

Isaac came out the day I called, gave me a quote. They are true craftsmen. Thanks again James, Justus and Josue. Thanks for putting up with my crazy dog.

Technician came to our house for a broken vent cap and was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Great communication throughout the process. We would recommend this contractor.

Isaac was very professional and did the job exactly as expected. Was quoted on the phone as soon as I called and his team was working on the roof later that week. Super happy with the results!

Isaac and Brothers Metal Roofing are dedicated to providing the very best craftsmanship. He is a master at what he does, yet has still never stopped being a student of his craft. Some companies also do metal roofing; Brothers Metal Roofing specializes in masterfully crafted and long lasting metal roofs.

We had a leak for 1½ years. Couldn’t get anyone to fix it. Called Isaac and within 24 hrs we had an inspection and estimate. Within 1 week we had the roof worked on. He and his team went above and beyond! Even though it was a small job he made us feel like a big client! Price was great and materials were as promised.

Brothers Metal Roofing just completed our standing seam metal roof and gutters. Isaac and his crews were very detail oriented; they even custom made a chimney to match the color of the roof. They were a great local choice.

Brothers Roofing did an excellent job with our barn roof. They worked hard, in all weather, and you can’t beat the quality. Isaac was easy to get ahold of anytime. I highly recommend these guys.

We had a metal barn (pole barn) built and they installed our metal roof and seamless gutters. If you are looking for an honest roofing contractor, I would highly suggest calling Isaac at Brothers Metal Roofing.

Our gutters with leaf guards are exceptional installation and quality. We are extremely happy we went with BMR! Highly recommended.

Isaac came out and gave me a reasonable estimate for a roof replacement. Roof was replaced and looks fantastic. After that, I had him replace the gutters. The estimate was within the average price range for gutter replacement, and they are seamless gutters! Everything looks great now and all the leaks and gutter drips are gone.

Brothers does excellent work. They make roofing more of an art form than any other Dayton-area firm.

I would highly recommend Brothers Metal Roofing. They came out and fixed a hole in my roof in 17 degree weather due to a raccoon. They stayed after dark to make sure they completed the job. Also put up new gutters and downspouts.

I had snow blockers installed on my metal roof. They look nice and they were installed fast. Would recommend.

Brothers Metal Roofing did a good job repairing a metal roof for me. Worked on it from 8 am until 9 pm at night on a really cold day. Thanks!

Brothers Metal Roofing was incredible. They took the time to explain the work needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were easy to contact with questions and finished the work despite rainy weather.

I called Isaac looking for some feedback in regards to a metal project being done by another contractor. Not only did he answer my call, he texted me and wanted pictures to help further. He gave me some questions to ask and he was absolutely correct. I will recommend him to anyone based solely off the supreme customer service!

What a great job putting a ceiling in my shop. Awesome stuff.

Their work is great. Very nice and easy to deal with. Isaac did everything he could to help us get our roof on quickly but with great quality. Overall I would recommend them to anyone I know, wonderful craftsmanship.

We were very pleased how quickly Isaac came and fixed our storm damage to our roof. He was very efficient and friendly.

I have the most beautiful roof in town thanks to Brothers Metal Roofing and all of their very polite workers doing an awesome job.
