Why we can put 40 years in writing
The Euro-Lock system is a European-inspired double-lock roofing method with a history stretching back several hundred years. Instead of relying on caulk, sealants or exposed fasteners, the metal is precisely folded and stretched into a seam that is locked twice along the full length of every panel.
That seam does two things a sealed or screwed roof can’t. It stays watertight without products that dry out and fail, and it lets the metal expand and contract through Ohio’s hot summers and freezing winters without stressing the seams. Longer life with less that can go wrong is what makes a 40-year warranty possible.
What goes into every warrantied roof
- Tear-off to the decking on standing seam jobs, and never installing over rotten or damaged decking.
- Ice and water shield and synthetic underlayment.
- All trims and flashings installed before the panels.
- Panels roll-formed on site, one piece from eave to ridge.
- Installation by our long-time crew of subcontractors, who know the Euro-Lock system inside and out.
